"One of the best amenities they had was the Sauna. But it wasn’t included with the room and had to pay extra, unlike last time I stayed there. When it came to using other amenities like the gym, I didn’t know what was included and what wasn’t. Definitely less relaxing than in the past. Spending almost $600/night, I don’t feel it was worth the price. Other amenities like refreshments and snack were still included."

Never have I had such excellent help with such sincere kindness. I had a gentleman Kim Fox whom i am going to email the president of the Westin in detail what excellent service he provided me, no one would could come close as to what he did for me, I lost my phone and I had other issues and Mr. Fox was a gift from heaven you have no idea how he went over and above to help me. You are very lucky to have Mr. Fox working for you."
