"The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. "The cruise and staff were wonderful. The pickup and drop off to Hanoi hotel is an extra $50, but I believe this is normal. Be advised though, stock up on water and drinks ahead of time, as all drinks, even water, is an additional cost once on board. Food (which was good) is included, but no beverages, not even water (which was a surprise), are included. "

"This cruise was fantastic from start to finish and would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, positive and helpful, especially as we had our toddler with us. There was a good range of food and they accommodated our little one eating earlier and having kid friendly meals instead of our delicious four course menu each night! They did a happy hour of drinks each night during sunset. It was clean and they provided a cot free of charge. We did 3D2N which meant we really relaxed into it....

"The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
