"This hotel is absolutely amazing! Customer service to the highest standards, staff is super friendly and welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast was good although service a bit slow sometimes. The room was spacious and clean with a great balcony. The hotel is quiet, 10 min walk or a 3 minute Tuk-Tuk ride to pub street and market. Supermarket and pharmacy 1 min walk away. "We had an amazing stay here. All of the staff were super helpful but I want to shout out one in particular by the name of Ponloek. He helped us check in late at night and was so welcoming, helpful and really made us comfortable from the moment we arrived.
