You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand. "The Granger was a perfect stay when traveling to San Diego. From the moment of walking in to check in, I felt very welcomed and cared for. As well as the moment I was checking out, I felt appreciated and encouraged to return. The staff was phenomenal and the very kind. The amenities were exceptional and not seen in most hotels. "The location was very good and the staff was friendly. We encountered minor inconveniences with the valet. When dropping off the car, we had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to leave the car. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and one day the room was never cleaned even though we were gone for the entire day. On a couple day the room was made up but clean towels were not left and the empty tissue box was never replaced. "
