"Good location for me when i have work to do in the phoenix area! The room was clean and quiet! The staff was very helpfull and informative. Parking was the best since the parking area was empyu. Breakfast was not what i expected in that it was very limited. I will go back when i need a place to stay in the phoenix area!"

"So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. "I came here for a solo trip for a few days to escape reality. The resort is certainly set up so you don't have to leave, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very professional (when I couldn't find the coffee shop I asked a cleaning lady who stopped what she was doing to walk me to the shop). "The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."
