"Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The bed was not made for three nights, although to be fair, housekeeping seemed to come every other day. The iron damaged one of my shirts, and while it was replaced, there was no further follow-up or resolution. Also, it was disappointing to learn that without Hilton membership, no refund or compensation could be offered."
