"- Arrived on a Friday evening about 8pm. Reception desk was not obvious. The entrance was fairly dark and nobody was visible to direct me. - Room was ok, but lacked an outlet and shelve on one side of the queen bed i.e. no place to set phone and plug it in. - bathroom could use a few of hooks to hang clothes, towels, etc. - shower "rain" head should be replaced with shower heads that have some pressure. - Room was not cleaned until I called about 5pm on Saturday. - Overall, the floors throughout the resort seemed a bit dirty. - I surprised by the $40/night resorty fee. I thought all taxes and fees were included. I did notice that I would have to pay for parking, which is unfortunate, but at least I knew aobut that fee before I reserved the room. - On the plus side, the $10/day credit was a nice surprised. "
