"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

"Room was very clean and located in a very quiet environment. Also the staff members Baraht and Eileen were the best. Friendly and very welcoming all while being professional. I love this place and the people who work here. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one."

"A much older property that takes you back to the 70's.
Check in was late for me being I drove from Phoenix, AZ.
I had no idea what the property looked like besides pictures. The host and son were very cordial and friendly with banter with my car mate and I.
Double bed room was given, no microwave in case that matters to you.
Our room door was on the ground level, but then you walk up carpeted stairs that are original to that hotel. Once the door was opened the smell of old, and standing water...

"Everything was perfect. The room met our expectations, very clean and with everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a minor issue with the bathroom. We called the front desk late at night (9:30 pm) and five minutes later maintenance was at the door to fix the problem. Excellent service. The prices at the restaurant in the pool seemed high to me, but that was to be expected since it's a resort. Overall, we loved our stay at the Westin Mission Hills."
