"Blindsided.
We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration.
My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year.
Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware.
Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...

"Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily"

Went to front desk to ask about this extra fee and was informed I was charged incorrectly and they would make sure to refund the charge. Never received the refund. Also, was assigned a room that had no sunlight. Not a great stay for the price."

"Specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle upon checking in. I asked the guy at the front desk about having a shuttle for the following morning. I stated that we would need it between seven and 715. Got there at 7:03 and was informed that the shuttle had just left at seven, which I begged to differ because we were standing outside getting stuff facing the front and never even saw the shuttle so I had to call an Uber and that cost me an additional $35 that I was not expecting to pay."
