"Everything was as we expected. Well located by the river and a number of good restaurants. The women behind the host desk was fantastic. She worked to accommodate any requirements we had with the most pleasant attitude. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great every day. When flying out of Shannon I would stay there again."

"Location good - short walk to everything. One elevator was broken while we were there which led to long waits and crowded elevators. The cooling/airconditioning did not work very well in the room - and it was extremely hot. Made the night we stayed there a fairly bad sleep. Overall - would likely stay elsewhere next time."

"The hotel was extremely busy which led to service being poor. There was a wedding the night we stayed which led to an obscene amount of noise, and not ideal since we were catching an 8 hour flight next day. Room cleanliness was okay, hairdryer did not work. The main public areas of the bar, restaurant were not very clean. Public bathrooms were also not clean but highly likely due to the high traffic."

"My dad couldn’t stop raving about this place. He loved the build of the lodge hotel. Our toilet wasn’t working properly, and the manager came late at night to give us an upgrade. Such friendly staff, and Nelligan’s has a delicious menu!"

"If you love a nice college campus and don't need all lux of some fancy hotel, this is your spot. It was minimal in a really nice way. Location was just minutes from Limerick's inner city area. Campus is beautiful and staff super friendly. Laundry room is clean and everything works very easily. I will definitely be staying here next time I travel to the area."

"We loved our stay here recently. Lobby and public spaces are clean and updated and all staff were SO helpful! I booked the “family room” and loved it!! I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. "While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled."
