"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. "Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites."

"Die Betten sind für mich leider zu weich, das bin ich anders gewöhnt. Eigenartig, dass man die Fenster nicht mal auf Kipp stellen konnte, somit konnte ich mein Zimmer nicht lüften. Es gibt jedoch eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Sollte ich ein zweites Mal in der Gegend sein, würde ich mir ein anderes Hotel lieber buchen."

"It has no AC but knowing that they get high temps over a few days and only providing 1 broken fan for 4 ppl in the suite was not acceptable. Bathroom tiles had dust on them from the vent, the vent was full of dust and I guess part of the fluff spread to the tiles. Front desk one person and a queue of guests. Yes they offer self check-in but that system was horrible and constantly showed errors when trying to write the key cards. A good hotel has personal and doesn’t cheap out and cut personell....
