Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10 and never stayed open that late. We had to carry our dirty towels back because no one was at the counter so we were unable to get our towel cards back. Other than the room itself and king beds as well as the location for the boardwalk it was very disappointing. Also asked for late check out since check out is 10am but nothing opens until 11. Location was great and shuttle to the beach as well, except when they change the hours the day of your beach plans and have to make other arrangements. Positives are the room was new and nice. Location was close to everything and excursions available right outside in the boardwalk.
