"It was an absolute pleasure staying at The Nautilus Inn. Everything about this hotel was just about perfect—the hot tub, the pool, the gorgeous scenery, the friendly staff, and even the free muffins they give out. "Hotel was very nice and updated, Room was very clean and nicely set up ,Shower was excellent with provided shower chair. Shampoo was excellent also, Great bed and love the square pillows . awesome location as we walked to Ocean deck next door and Joe’s crab shack less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy. "The parking fee($40 + tax) is outrageous. You are better off parking yourself in the parking garage they use to park your vehicle. The wait for the car is ridiculous. Also ($30) resort fee you get a food and drink credit and the food options are okay. If you don’t use the credit that day it doesn’t roll over and you are out of luck. Other than that it was a great property. "

"After a terrible experience nearby, I made a last minute reservation here after reading the other reviews and we were not disappointed. They were able to accommodate us quickly and the room was very clean, well kept, the water pressure was great, water was hot, and AC was cold. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. "

"It is an older motel that has a lot of updates that have been done by a knowledgeable contractor. This is a clean place to spend a couple of nights at a low cost which was exactly what I wanted. If you want something fancy with a lot of amenities this is not a place to consider. This is an older area but I never felt threatened. "

"This hotel has been our “go to” place since 2020. Anywhere from last minute overnight stays to family weekend getaways. I have to admit, this hotel has since gone down hill. The staff are just as friendly as the previous employees, however, the rooms and property have taken a turn for the worse. It was once a lively place to be, but I saw maybe 15 people in the last 4 days. We were told that since 2020, the property has been sold twice! "Beach was viewable out a small portion of the window. Room was clean and bug free.. had dishes with 1 (burner) hot plate and the small refrigerator needs replaced, doesnt keep food or drinks cold. Needs to stock with more toiletries for a week for 4 people. Overall very nice and owners was pleasant to text with.."
