"Front desk lady was not very attentive upon checkin. She neglected to inform us of complimentary beach towels that could be checked out at the front desk. She also would not pick up the phone when we attempted to call about 20 times. Never picked it up even after we verified we were calling correctly. "Our room was wondwrful and very clean. The pool was nice and clean and a great view of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Dont answer phonecalls because their voicemail box is full, never got a room serviced despite being told it would happen every 3 days, pool was disgusting with overflowing trashcans on either side of it, sheets were stained and in poor condition, shower was missing a door and unable to be closed, rooftop bar bartender didnt seem to know what she was doing (she did admit she was majorly concussed multiple times). Only thing I can give this place credit for is that the staff were nice."

"Young lady at the front desk the day of my check in was not pleasant. Very passive attitude not at all welcoming. I called back after my check out to get clarity on she answered without helping and no interest to help with my issue. When I called back she looked into the issue in under a minute which she could’ve done the first time."

"Property is an old building. Loved the little kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster two burner stove, microwave, mini refrigerator, and all the kitchen that are needed for two guest. Loved that it has dish towels and dish soap and sponge too. A bed a queen size was big enough for 1 traveler. Bathroom was big and shower had a great water pressure and had enough hot water.
