"The host and staff were really helpful, the listing wasn't accurate, hotel name in the App was different from what it was in reality, it was mentioned in the App that there would be a buffet breakfast however hotel doesn't have breakfast, but the staff somehow manged a reasonable breakfast in the room, the queen mattress was two single mattress pushed together and they were sliding away during sleeping creating a valley in the bed, we found dirty spots on the mattress, there were a couple of...

"It's a nice place, very close to the sea, beautiful parks, and a Japanese garden. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice. We had to deal with very loud and noisy guests, and the hotel was unable to resolve the situation."

The room was clean, everything looked fresh and well kept.
Check in was fast and easy. No delays, we were in our room in like 10 minutes.
