"It exceeded my expectations in terms of the appointment. The interior decor and the rooms were amazing and value for the money. Kenisha and Shade, I hope I got the names vaguely correct, the front desk staff were remarkable as were the respectful doormen. I wanted to write to Mark Wernich, the general manager to tell him that he is running an excellent operation, but I forgot to ask for his email. The breakfast crew were attentive and welcoming. I plan to return for an extended stay."

"This is the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot. From the van picking me up to the inexpensive shuttle taking me to the wharf area, it was surprisingly wonderful. The room was delightful--with everything I could possibly want including a small jug of milk for coffee I made in the room. A couple shortbread cookies saved me when I woke up at 2 am hungry due to my long-haul travel. Breakfast was just perfect. A very nice chef made me an excellent omelet made with real eggs. It was cool but I checked out the nature walks in the hotel's back yard. What a nice surprise for an airport hotel. "

"The breakfast buffet is very good, nice selection from fresh fruit, pastries, green salad and eggs. The dinner buffet was ok, decent selection but most cuts of meat were overdone. The waitress were attentive and nice. Rooms are fine, extra blankets need cleaning. Can't beat the location."

"It’s a beautiful place well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. They had electricity issues the power was tripping on and off at night as a result our food was cold including our coffees. The tripping happening throughout the night including in the morning the following day. They did not have alternative power."
