I had an issue while checking in: the hotel policy on Expedia says the hotel accepts debit cards, credit cards and cash. I presented my debit card for the security hold of CAD $200, the hotel front desk staff Simon said they ONLY take credit cards. I was stranded as I didn’t have a credit card, and had to ask a friend for help. The hotel policy should be updated as so to prevent such inconvenience to other hotel...

"This is a great location for experiencing Quebec City. It’s a short walk to old town, right next to the citadel and there are lots of quality restaurants near by. The staff were great. I really liked the large sauna. "
