"It was a very disappointing experience. For the money per night I expected a reasonable hotel, the beds were like sleeping on plywood and you had to ask 24 hours in advance for you room to be restocked. The walls and tables, and chair had odd stains on them. We were in the basement, if you're placed on another floor maybe the experience would be better."

"Very disappointing for a five-star hotel We chose Hôtel Le Bonne Entente despite being 20–25 minutes from Old Québec because of its five-star rating and the beautiful pool photos. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The mattresses in our two-queen room were so soft that you would literally sink into them, making it difficult even to turn over or get out of bed. I tried removing the top mattress layer, only to discover that the mattress underneath was extremely dirty. I...

"The Room was a little older and smaller than I would have liked. There were cracks in the shower/tub and the handle of the shower fell off a few times. One day they did not clean our room even though we took the sign off the door but, I get things happen but what upset me was that when I called downstairs to ask if someone could clean the room the clerk at the desk was rude and asked me if I had taken the sign off the door. I replied yes and then he said housekeeping should have left me a note...

"Chambres très propres et confortables. Service des employés excellents. Un peu déçue du déjeuner: l'espace est trop petit et très bruyant. C'est le même menu à tous les jours et il n'y a même pas de bacon ni de patates! Une seule sorte de yogourt et aucun fruit frais. Par contre, la bouffe était bonne! Finalement, la réservation de la piscine par bloc de ½ heure seulement, c'est dommage car elle est très agréable. Elle pourrait aussi fermer plus tard dans la mesure où il n'y a pas de sauveteurs...

"it was spacious. the washroom has no fan, when you take the shower, its a mess. i think its the first time i used keys to my room. it is very old property. if you want to go to the pool, its opposite the street. i go with my husband in a road trip, if its for one night, take it because other motels are more expensive. but i won't go to this motel anymore."

"The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was no fitted sheet on the bed nor the comforter. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. The bathroom had some damage on the walls, and the pipes were very loud every time you used the water. The shower was fine, and the water was hot. Overall, for the price, it was fine."
