"We had a fantastic time at the Joinery Hotel in Pittsburg! Excellent location, comfortable beds very clean and modern! The rooftop terrace was beautiful! We highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for a long time -- over two weeks. The front desk was very helpful when we needed some help extending our stay. Dining room staff very friendly. Parking is supper easy and included. Location is central to major shopping, if that's your thing. We found it handy on long stay. Easy access to Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair."

"The room is fine but there's was a hair in the sink and the clear was talking so soft that we can't hear what she was saying . The bar was in the lobby area and it was pretty loud Parking is great. I requested a king size bed when I made a reservation I ended up getting 2 queen size beef . I noticed it when we got to the room late that nite from a comedy show. I was too tired to call the clerk."

"Terrible staff, specially one female receptionist who was working on our day of arrival in the afternoon. She kept giving attitude, nodding head. Huffing and puffing on query and rolling her eyes."

"Staff are absolutely wonderful at this hotel. Friendly and helpful - i can't thank them enough. On the negative side, it is fairly old and the air conditioning is unbelievably noisy. The location is really good for the university area of Pittsburgh. Parking is confusing but between the hotel and lot staff we managed to get out really early and in the middle of a huge storm."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Etage. The studio suite was as pictured, and was very spacious. Both staff members during check in and check out were very helpful. Only negative was that our room wasn’t the cleanest. We found pieces of weed in one of our drawers in the kitchen area. Besides that, it was a good stay!"

"I want to thank the young woman working the desk this morning and the general manager for accommodating us during a difficult situation. We were unable to check out at the normal time due to my disabled daughter having a flare up. Even though the hotel was packed and it was very inconvenient for them they figured out a way to make it work for us and I'm extremely grateful."
