"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."

"Everything was great, just surprised there was not a coffee maker in the room. Not a problem, they have a 24 hour Starbucks, just a surprise."

"Everything was amazing, except the mattress. It was probably a soft 6” right on top of a flat platform. Overall, I'd stay again but that mattress was pretty bad. The room as a great value and well maintained with a great view."

"In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. "

"Stayed two nights. Room was, clean and well appointed. Free on street parking if you move your car by 8am. Had no interaction with staff but didn’t need to. It was also reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!"

"We have stayed at this location multiple times, and honestly I was very disappointed during this stay. The rooms and bathrooms were dingy, dated and not as clean as I would like- dirty towels were left behind from previous guests, the phones appeared dirty and one didn’t even work when I attempted to call the front desk to report that a plastic bag of our clothing was missing. I think that it was mistaken for trash and taken by the housekeeper- I spoke to 2 different front desk staff- but was...

"Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, and all that Pittsburgh has to offer. Parking garage is next door but too expensive, so I suggest you park a few blocks out."
