"very convenient to the convention center where we were involved in a volleyball tournament. Breakfast was good and well tended. Staff was pleasant. Nothing fancy but we would definitely stay there again."

Very convenient location since we were going to show at Byham theater was able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. Lots of good options nearby."

The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. "The room was clean. The breakfast was similar to other hotel breakfasts. The evening food with drinks from 5:30 to 7:00 PM was excellent and totally unexpected. Staff was helpful."

"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"
