"The place is too crowded"

"We liked the hotel, and the amenities. The breakfast was definitely worth the cost. My having a walking disability greatly limited my access to the swimming pool. Using the service elevator was a workable solution. However, having pool access via a direct elevator would have been helpful."

"hotel star is 3 not 4. there is sewage smell in the rooms and bathroom especially in rainy days. there is noisy and loud sound from street and outside of hotel in nights till 12 PM that you cannot relax or sleep. breakfast menu is not fantastic and everyday is same and usual. room is not clean also bathroom. staffs know english language rarely."

"Breakfast was correct but they might need to improve the quality of the coffee. The cappuccino or the Expresso are not really tasty because of an old coffee maker? Over all everything looks good. Location is very convenient; transportation around, great markets and many shops around. Few interesting sites to visit are also just close by."

"Wir waren für zwei Nächte da. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hat das Zimmer und die ganze Etage extrem nach Rauch gerochen. Der Geruch war leider sehr sehr extrem. Auch roch der Eingangsbereich sehr unangenehm."

"I do not recommend this hotel. They do not respect their own approved reservations. I have booked a room with 3 beds, but they denied and gave me a 2-bed room. It could be acceptable if they refund me the difference which they didn't. "
