"We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "

"The Villa we rented was superb. On the water with a deck over the water. One of many Villas in Jolly Harbour. A short walk to the South Beach (Beautiful Beach). Great Bars and Restaurants at the Marina with live bands. Grocery store and Golf course next to the marina. We rented a golf cart to get around, but you can walk. Jolly Harbour is one of the best places in the world."

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our week-long stay at Tranquility Bay Antigua, a quiet and peaceful condo resort steps from the beautiful Jolly Beach on the Caribbean (western) side of the island, with access to the swimming pools, gym, tennis, activities and evening programs at the lively all-inclusive resort next door with an international crowd, including plenty of families with kids. "Great beach ,beautiful water and white sand spacious beach.Hotel is really beat up ,understaffed,shorthanded,needs upgrades asap.Overall you get what you paid for ,definitely worth to visit!"

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."
