"The staff was wonderful and it was a great location. I was only disappointed that there were some basic ammenities missing. No mini-fridge or even basic wash cloths. The staff was helpful at every turn and the lack of fridge was on me for not noticing but not having wash cloths or an iron/steamer in the room just seemed like a basic necessity that was missing. Having said this, the price was right and I would likely stay there again but be more prepared for the things that were missing. "

"I would highly recommend stopping here. The staff were warm and welcoming -everyday! The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was great. My room faced the road, so was a bit noisy, but it soon died down later at night."

"Rooms are nice and clean however, a few gripes-ordered room service breakfast it arrived as was getting in the lift to check out! The coffee was literally water it wasn’t great! The rest of it was nice enough! Also lifts are a nightmare only one actually working this morning and crammed in like sardines and it stopped on every other floor. Also had to call down to reception for a pen to order as non in the room and no water on the first night but got some on the second. Good location though and...

"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. "From the moment we entered the hotel there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the entrance area which felt like it was being masked with air freshener rather than properly resolved. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, on closer inspection the cleaning felt fairly superficial. There was visible dust around the toilet door frame and the sink was stained. There was also a constant noise issue from two drain covers on the road outside the hotel. Every time a car drove over them...

"Very good overall apart from one day the room was not cleaned and never had fresh cups to make tea or a replenish of some new teabags to make a cup of tea the next morning. Apart from that very welcoming and a lovely stay."
