"Not great all round. Bedroom carpet, curtains and a towel dirty. Most food had gone at breakfast. No parking, even though this was the reason i chose the place."

"It was an interesting place to stay. It’s a listed property that is being renovated as allowed. We had a good sized bedroom but with noisy floors in the bathroom as well not too keen on electric showers but eventually got water at the right temp. Breakfast started off being a challenge as there was nothing we wanted but we had a conversation and someone went shopping so all was well for the three days we were there. "Il punto forte della struttura è la posizione fronte lago, tuttavia sono molti gli aspetti che andrebbero curati. Gli spazi in comune dovrebbero essere rinnovati, dalla receptione un po' ovunque si percepisce odore di cloro che proviene dalla piscina subito adiacente alla reception.A proposito della piscina cosiddetta riscaldata è in realtà a temperatura ambiente il che, soprattutto per italiani abituati alle terme, non la rende apprezzabile. Anche questo ambiente andrebbe curato meglio...

"Conveniently located facing the ocean right in downtown Oban, so the whole town was within walking distance once we got settled. Comfortable room with parking right next door, and we enjoyed dinner at the pub right in the hotel, watching one of the FIFA matches. Slept well here and had a hearty continental breakfast the next morning. Would recommend!"

"I was very disappointed with the facilities provided by the hotel to its paid guests. Occupants were not allowed to use the sauna and needed to book well in advance, and it's closed at 5pm, and if you are free in the evening, you don't have access to it. Also, it only allows you a 30-minute slot."

"Location was great, right next to the loch, Food at the hotel opposite was great and the staff were great. Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. Other than that, we had a very relaxing night's stay and were very comfortable."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Glencoe house! We were in a suite away from the main house which had a great outdoor hot tub and patio. The room was very spacious and clean. The assorted dinner entrees and breakfast food was excellent and the amenities in the room were perfect. We also loved walking around the grounds and loch. I highly recommend a stay here!!!"

"The staff were nice enough , but the spa amenities are quite bad. The photos online do not do it justice. The only facilities that are nice are the ones that are brand new and not included. The steam room was full of mold and not functioning well. The pool Is in need of some upkeep. The hot tub was the only amenity we enjoyed."
