"Enjoyed the shuttle services"

"Probably one of the best Hiltons I’ve stayed at. I will be back"

"Excellent stay at the property everything was clean and easy access to the metro!"

"The front desk staff were very rude; they were fighting amongst themselves, and thats the guest problem too. Couldn't explain how the building has two towers and that affects the room number you get; had to ask another staff member for help. All the front desk associate told me was I should go by the elevators (there are two different sets of elevators). It took me over twenty minutes to find my room. Very rude, unprofessional, and I will not be staying here again. I was double-charged for Wi-Fi...

"Simple, clean experience. Nice area and close to the Metro."

"The room was nice for the price. Very convenient to the Metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Appreciated the free parking although the parking lot was small. Breakfast was a disappointment, a couple of cold cereals, juice and fruit. There was no place to sit and eat. No toasters for bagels. I would stay there again."

"This was a very disappointing stay at the Hampton Inn at Crystal City. The window black out shade was on an automatic control and it was stuck open. So the street light shone right into the room all night. Also, the telephone was broken with no dial tone so I was not able to call for help. The front desk staff was unfriendly and curt when I checked in. The breakfast was very average to poor. I will not stay here again."

"The breakfast was great"

"I booked for 1 king bed and we got 2 queen beds….it was clean and the staff very friendly"

"Good location, nice breakfast. "
