"Breakfast not bad, boring and tasteless. Not clean room. Swage flood from the neighbours all over the floors in my unit. Swage gas and smell. Trail of Ants in the room. Unfortunately the time-to-time disappointing attitude was unprofessional. No TV in my unit no gym no pool. Never got a cleaning service for the room, they only came to mop the flood using a dirty mop and cause more odour each time. Some of the staff were helpful. But The view of the mountains was nice."

"The overall hotel is very good with nice and polite staff. Yet, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. "Our family had an amazing stay in a 2- bedroom chalet. The chalet itself was extremely clean, modern and cozy. The resort is peaceful, quiet, perfect to relax and enjoy serenity.
