Чисто в номере и в отеля. Качество обслуживания на достойном уровне. Отличное СПА, большая игровая комната на все возрасты. Отель удален от инфраструктуры и человеческих "благ", цены на такси приемлемые, есть бесплатный трансфер к подъемникам.

Горнолыжный отдых семьей в Цахкадзоре

Останавливаемся семьей в этом замечательном отеле второй раз. Брали семейный коннект, понравился. Хорошие завтраки, внимательный персонал. В этом году в проживание входил ужин. Для семей с детьми - это плюс. После катания на лыжах не всегда хочется куда то идти. Но с другой стороны блюда только те, которые есть на шведском столе. Возможности заменить ужин - шведский стол на заказное меню нет. Трансфер к подъемникам несколько раз туда и обратно - это удобно. СПА отличное: бассейн, парная римская, русская, инфракрасная, джакузи с теплой водой в зоне бассейна, и с холодной в зоне СПА. Огромная детская игровая зона на любой возраст. Отличный wi-fi на всей территории отеля. Отель удален от инфраструктуры, общественного транспорта нет, все передвижение на такси, цены приемлемые. В следующий приезд остановимся здесь.

Super!!

Oh how I loved this hotel! Receptionists were very friendly, the bellboy was a funny friendly guy :) They have mini football ground outside the hotel, and little public cabins in the wood, which made me love the hotel more! Whoever came with the design of the hotel and the surrounding is a genius! I recommend this hotel a lot! Not to forget, the pool, Jakkuzi and sauna were all very nice and clean. The only thing bothered me in this hotel is, one guy from the staff, works in the bar I think, absolutely annoying and very rude guy! I wish I knew his name to report him to the management. But that didn’t stop me To love this beautiful hotel. I will definitely come back again..

Так не бывает, но в этот раз чудо случилось! Отель(персонал лицо отеля) встретил тёплой улыбкой и желанием помочь обустроиться и отдохнуть после дороги. Встретила нас менеджер Лили (знакомая нам с прошлого года и другого отеля - настоящий профессионал!) 10 минут и мы в номере с полной информацией! Номер начального уровня по классификации отеля, оказался просторным и уютным, чайник,чай, кофе и все остальное презент от отеля на каждый день,удобная ванная комната, халаты полотенца, абсолютно белые, всякая мелочь все бесконечно радовало глаза! Завтраки это отдельный разговор, за 10 дней мы ни разу не ели блюда из яиц, выбор большой и на любой вкус!Напитки, фрукты, кофе натуральный и растворимый, соки,различные сиропы и варенья!!традиционные армянские десерты.ну о еде достаточно. Также в отеле был бассейн и спа зона.в которой было уютно и комфортно, как взрослым,так и детям. На этом же этаже находится большая детская комната. Дети находятся под присмотром персонала.весь персонал отзывчивый и приветливый без заискивания и натянутых улыбок. Отель для нас стал прекрасным домом из которого не хотелось уезжать!!!! Спасибо руководству и всему персоналу отеля за прекрасный отдых нашей семьи.

Отлично для горнолыжного отдыха

Отличный отель, гостеприимный персонал, достойное обслуживание. на 23 февраля помимо комплимента от отели сделали подарок - наконец-то поставили в ресторане кофемашину :) Трансфер на гору ходил регулярно, претензий не было. Для отдыха, совмещенного с катанием на горных лыжах/сноуборде - отлично. Если ехать просто так - возможно будет маловато развлечений в отеле, а расположение, к сожалению, не в центре Цахкадзора.

Новый чистый комфортный отель. Доброожелательный вежливый персонал. Остались очень приятные впечатления. Отель находится примерно в 2 км от городка Цахкадзор, где расположен горнолыжный центр, до него организован бесплатный трансфер. Единственное замечание к отелю и к курорту в целом - отсутствие каких-либо развлечений вечером. Думаю, что хотя бы один ночной клуб в городке был бы очень кстати.

Never again there are far superior places nearby

We advance booked and paid on a non refundable basis for four nights but left after the first. We booked in and were shown to our room which was very nice, we unpacked had a rest then 3 hours later went to view the facilities, when we returned to our room we could not gain access. At this time we were told that we had been allocated the wrong room and had to pack and move our things. We asked to speak to the manager who came to our room and confirmed the move. The hotel was empty and we felt this was a gross unnecessary hassle and that he should accept a minor mistake had been made and it should be accepted and we should be left in the room. He informed us that the bellboy who had made the mistake would have his wages deducted till the balance was paid. I found the managers behaviour and suggestion totally unacceptable, he was aggressive in making his point. He informed us that he had spoken to the owner of the company in Yerevan and he had agreed this course of action. We were told that we could stay in the room but would have to move in the morning. This conversation lasted about 40 minutes and we have never experienced it before any where in the world. We are still waiting for a reply from Ararat Head office but I doubt one will arrive. The hotel is nice but very basic, our room was nice and the majority of staff were friendly, you have to set your own table for breakfast. This hotel has Eastern European standards and it is plainly evident, the manager lacks skill.

An awesome place to stay in Tsakhkadzor

It was just a weekend getaway in Tsakhkadzor, and we had a great time there. The kids enjoyed the pool and the playroom very much. Staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities and the food were top-notch.

Новый современный отель открылся в конце 2016 года напоминает европейский отель высокого уровня при этом все по доступным ценам. Современный дизайн, большие номера, все чисто, идеальное обслуживание, очень гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал. Отличный завтрак! Нам повысили категорию номера при заезде. Отель очень близко от горнолыжного спуска. Отель организует транфер до аэропорта и до спуска. Все было замечательно. Очень рекомендуем. Обязательно вернемся еще раз. Спасибо большое отелю за эти незабываемые дни!

World class hotel in Tsakhkadzor

We went to Tsakhkadzor to celebrate a birthday and had the best time in the Ararat resort. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant, going out of their way to please us. The facilities were amazing; the sauna, the steam room and the over-sized pool were all very clean. Even though we didn't have any kids with us, the resort has a play area for children of all ages, so I would strongly recommend this place for parties, family gatherings and any other events.
