"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen und waren ansprechend gestaltet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und das Essen überwiegend sehr lecker. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Besonders nervig waren die Aufzüge. Von vier Aufzügen war einer häufig außer Betrieb, sodass sich die Wartezeiten teilweise auf etwa zehn Minuten oder länger beliefen. Wir haben deshalb öfter das Treppenhaus genutzt, um nicht noch...

"We had a great time! The staff there were very polite and extremely helpful and provided us a ton of information on the surrounding areas. It was a very quiet and relaxing place and the best part was the jacuzzi tub and the grill in the backyard. Plus, they are very pet-friendly as well. We would definitely go back."

Un hôtel neuf et moderne doté d'installations complètes (spa, salle de sport, wine bar). Petit-déjeuner excellent et extrêmement varié.

La dégustation de vins avec un sommelier incluse dans le prix de notre hébergement (nous avions r éservé deux chambres pour deux adultes et deux enfants) n'a pas eu lieu, et l'on ne nous a pas non plus proposé de service de remplacement.

"L'hôtel semble magnifique sur photos mais dans les faits, c'est juste ok. Ne vous laissez pas influencer par le buffet du déjeuner et du souper gratuits !!! Le choix est limité, toujours répétitif et la qualité est décevante. Les 2 piscines sont agréables en revanche comparativement à ce qu'ils appellent la plage privée... qui est en fait un espace gazonné sans plage ni sable devant le Lac Ballaton où il faut payer pour une chaise longue ou un parasol.
