Cari Hotel di Basel-Stadt

"Excellent option near train station"

"Hotel was clean, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was very helpful, especially Alex. The breakfast had a great selection of cold items and even scrambled eggs for our friend. We’re happy to be returning for another two nights prior to our Viking Cruise."

"Location was walkable to and from train station. We didn't spend much time in the area, was a stop over for us, but looked like the property was in a good location for access to city sights and restaurant options. Check in and out were easy using the instructions provided by the host."

"We recently spent 9 days traveling through The Netherlands, France and Switzerland and stayed in 4 hotels. The Gaia was the best by far and if we ever return to Basel we would absolutely choose The Gaia again. I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of the man who seemed to always be at the front desk when we needed something. He was so kind, professional and helpful. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, offered suggestions for what to do in the city, checked for our train...

"The place is so clean and relaxing. Very accessible to public transportation."

"I really liked the view overlooking the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom did however flood after taking a shower. Perhaps changing the seals under the shower door as an idea."

"Excellent"

"The lady at the desk with the short blond hair and glasses in her late thirties / 40's was very cold and not helpful. We felt we were an inconvenience to her. Had to pay for water and coffee in the morning."

"Das Personal sowie die Lage Top!"

"Staff wonderful and helpful"
