"Bel hôtel historique au centre de Bruxelles hall d’entrée superbes bon petit déjeuner beaucoup d’attente pour check in et intrusion dé mendiants dans l’hôtel et difficile de le signaler par téléphone à la réception car pas de réponses, chambre grande et spacieuse "

"Beautiful property in a great location! The historical portion of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We initially ran into a booking issue, but both Expedia and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. I was really impressed by how fast and efficient their communication was."

"Staff was great. The hotel had the vibe of going back in time which was cool. The property is older and in need of some updating. Our sink and tub didn’t drain properly and some persistent sewer odor was bothersome. The economy room was very small for two people to maneuver in. Breakfast was ample. The location was great—a bit away from tourist areas which was nice."
