I was a solo traveller, and from the moment I arrived I was treated as one of their own. They picked me up from the airport, arranged boat trips, drove me to other beautiful places on the island and introduced me to some wonderful people. I have never experienced hospitality like this. "The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are amazing. I had a room with ocean view which was so nice."
