"Avoid if you can ,
- location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo
- The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll
- both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times.
The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking.

"Un “pequeño” gran hotel . El mejor staff que he conocido, desde Danielle el gerente que hizo mucho más que cualquier otro gerente de hotel por ayudarnos … hasta la gente de bar y restoranes. El SPA es excelente, la comida del restaurante excelente también . Máximo nos atendió como reyes en el desayuno y en la cena Irene hizo que su profesionalismo y amabilidad mejoraran aún más la calidad de la comida. Sin duda nuestra casa en cortina en adelante ."
