"Avoid if you can ,
- location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo
- The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll
- both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay with my wife in early July. We felt very welcome and comfortable upon arriving - Josephine showed us around and set that tone for what would be a fun and comfortable stay. Recommend using the car valet service - it’s a bit pricey but so convenient as you will probably be heading out of town most days. "There are beautiful sitting areas on each floor. The breakfast has a great variety. The staff warm and welcoming. There is no air conditioning but if you ask, you can get a fan which does the trick in the summer. We would definitely come again."

"Property is quite old with rooms very stuffy and poorly ventilated. You either have a choice of keeping your (unscreened) windows very wide or having a very hot room - had to choose between boiling or listening to accordion music from the neighbors past 1am. Showers are fine, breakfast is pretty good. Not worth the price."
