"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. "Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The breakfast attendant kept items well stocked. She made sure that vacated tables were cleaned and ready for the next guests to enjoy their meal. The room was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the fresh pancakes that were made to order by a pancake machine! Also, the pool and hot tub were great. The area was kept clean and towels were well stocked. Our room was also very spacious and immaculate."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The grounds are so beautiful . There were a number of lovely places inside and out for sitting and relaxing. We loved the welcome drink and a bottle of wine ( choice of red or white) to have in our room. We enjoyed it on our balcony with its lovely views of the main house and the yard. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend the cognac tasting as we were busy. I would love to come to the Cornell again-and again!"

"Best budget accommodation we have experienced in the region. Very comfortable with pleasing grounds, and an excellent location, just minutes outside of Great Barrington. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Limited amenities but signage indicated guests here have access to the offerings at the main inn nearby. Self-check-in worked fine, and in the morning we discovered the common room with good coffee, relaxing views of the garden and woods out the back, and an in-progress puzzle. ...
