"Staff very friendly and efficient.
Sink was blocked, soap dispenser in shower was empty. No kettle in the room and although there was free drinking water and free hot drinks that was all the way down in reception.
I knew I was opting for a stripped down version of a hotel room but have stayed in lots of other hotels that offer more for the same price. "

"Room was clean and tidy. However there was a hole in ceiling where the fire alarm had come out and not been put back properly.
There was no heating in the bathroom however the lovely hot shower warmed the room super"
