"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. "This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

"We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests...
