Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms are immaculate, very well-maintained, and comfortable. "Ontbijt was zeker ok. Dakterras was nog niet in gebruik door het minder goede weer. De kamer was in orde. Wel weinig opbergruimte. Vooral in de badkamer wei of plaats om je spullen te zetten. Een kapstok voor de jassen aan de ingang zou praktisch zijn. De ligging is ideaal voor zowel de oude stad als de nieuwe. Hotel ligt aan een bushalte."

"Nice clean hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast area was sometimes full but the staff helped right away. The hotel climate is under building control, and in april the airconditioning is not yet available. This caused the rooms to be a bit to warm to my liking, but that's a personal preference."

"Everything about our stay at the Hotel Miro met our high expectations. The staff was very hospitable and the room was spacious, with a view of the Guggenheim Museum. We could walk to dozens of fine restaurants and bars, and the tram is nearby to take a 10 min. ride to Old Town. We hope to return some day."

"The staff was wonderful… give them a good raise. The proximity of the cathedral, Nuestra Señora de Begoña, was an added attraction since it was originally named the Cathedral of Santiago (St. James) and the old “Camino” in the 1500’s."

"Good basic hotel at a great location with lots of dining options nearby. The rooms were good, but one of the rooms had a window with no blinds in the bathroom. The window looked straight into the shower booth and the toilet, so had to cover it with towels and clothes. "

"Das schlechteste 4 Sterne Hotel in dem ich je war. Zimmer, Bar und Restaurant runtergekühlt dass man gefroren hat. Beim Frühstück keine Option für laktosefreie Milch oder Joghurt (obwohl ich vorher Bescheid gegeben hatte) ist mir total unverständlich. Zimmerausstattung gut und sauber. Aufgrund eines Streikes musste ich früher abreisen und habe vom Hotel keine Rückerstattung oder Entgegenkommen erhalten und dazu noch widersprüchliche Aussagen. 0 Kundenfreundlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt...
