"Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and was really pleasantly surprised. We booked a private room for 3 with our own private bathroom. It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. We were advised in advance but not at the time of booking so it was noisy. Nevertheless this is a great spot, very convenient location. We didn't have breakfast...

"Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem die Lage. Allgemein ist die Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Boden gewischt wäre, damit die Socken und die Füße nicht gleich schmutzig wären."

Purtroppo non ci è stato permesso fare check in anticipato, quindi dalle 9 abbiamo aspettato fino alle 14 per avere una stanza. Reception 24h e Personale preparato ma non molto friendly. Avremmo preferito un trattamento piu ‘personale’. Parcheggio a 28€ al giorno, prezzo decisamente esagerato quindi consiglio...

"Chambre impeccable, propre et spacieuse, bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier proche de la vieille ville, mais mal fréquenté. Dommage qu’il faille se garer en ville à 800m, parking assez cher. Attention au sauna, sol très glissant quand il est mouillé, il faudrait ajouter des tapis antidérapant."

"We love Leonardo properties. The staff excels in friendliness and communication. However....we need to talk about the glass box aka the shower and bathroom. Not sure if all the units are set this way but beware if traveling with family or partner. Some things should be kept private. Nothing is left to the imagination when your bathroom wall is glass, frosted yes, but you can still see everything happening in there. The plus was the location. Walkable, safe, busy in the day but still convenient...

"Great location in a great city to visit. Very close to the water and the historic old town, and a 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Plenty of good dining options in the neighborhood. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cafeteria/bar was small but never really busy, service was great! Our room was a good size. Location was excellent for walking around, close to everything."
