"My health hasn't been good.. The night I checked went fair. I was almost been impressed.. NOPE!! I was assigned room number 414.. I was opening the drapes and the liners behind the drapes was a bit too long. My feet stepped on the liner and it was like dry rotted so my foot tore through the liner was wrapped around my ankle cause me to trip... I stopped myself hitting the floor but I did jar my back and muscles.. I told the front deck about it.. The the front deck said okay I'll have maintenance...

"The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"

First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. "Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am."
