Was fantastic staff couldn’t be more attentive, it’s a shame that Hotels.com doesn’t pay the bills on time, sometimes the ladies who own their hotel don’t get paid for two months

Excellent location in a great setting. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Very very clean rooms. Great breakfast and light lunch - both included. On riverfront with great view of sunset. No insects despite Kasane being full of bugs. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

It was my first time to visit Gaberone, but the staff made my life easy by telling us how to get from point A to point B.most of the information was found in the leaflet in their lobby.food was wonderful buffet every morning and a variety of choices provided for afternoon and evening meals. I see myself going back again in future.

This is an excellent hotel. Clean. Lovely food and excellent helpful staff. Free Airport shuttle is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay – Excellent Location and Fantastic Staff We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and access everything we needed. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm attitude and excellent service really made a...

Amazing little guesthouse with super friendly staff and the cutest dogs and cat! We really loved our time there and want to come back. The 6-hour safari was perfect, and so was the river cruise safari. We spotted so many animals. We also used the daytrip option to Victoria Falls and it all went smoothly. The only things that could've made it better are an electric gate (so you don't need someone to open it for you), mosquito nets on the beds, and an option to do a daytrip to Livingstone...

We always stop over here on our way to Victoria Falls. OK, it is off the main drag but it is worth the dirt road for the fine location - a rural retreat. Well run, well furnished and for a travelling couple, just right!

I came to Botswana with my partner from the U.K. to visit family and after landing at the airport we were too tired to drive so booked a night at this hotel. We received a warm welcome from the staff at your front desk who were very friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that we ended up coming back to Gaborone early to spend another 3 nights here. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay wonderful, we will definitely be using Town Lodge every time we come back to Gabs!

Enjoyed sitting by the pool watching wildlife. Nice clean tents.

We had a lovely time at the Capital Guesthouse. Our room was clean and beautifully presented and we felt safe at the hotel. Joyce (the house keeper) was an absolute star and looked after us really well. We had our breakfasts outside in the patio area by the swimming pool everyday which was a real treat. The only downside is the lack of options for eating out in the evenings. The hotel should do more to provide guests with information and tips.
