Just fine

This stay was a "just fine" stay. This hotel is an older property and in a small town. It is clean and the services were what was expected for my time there.

Ok for one night. But avoid the restaurant. On both occasions we stayed here they have hardly anything on the menu and the service is abysmal. Mainly a stop over place, basic but ok

The hotel refused to accept Expedias payment so I was forced to pay twice. Expedia themselves are also unhelpful, demanding to see copies of my bank statement. The last time I either visit this hotel or use Expedia.

We did not stay went to the room and it was absolutely filthy. Bugs all over the room and the floor clearly was not washed since the last guests left. Shower was dirty and fridge still had food spill from previous geusts inside. We left and found alternative accommodation as room was not fit for a stay. Very disappointed given the fee they charged.

Pleasant stay in Cresta Botsalo Hotel

Very friendly and supportive staff. The room was clean. The new shopping mall opposite the hotel is convenient. The WiFi was good.

Nice stay in Botswana

It was a business trip and the location was good for that. Comfortable size rooms, clean and neat. Friendly staff. I did not like their dinner but the breakfast was good.

Palapye getaway

Delayed checkin because of difficulty accessing online booking however hotel staff member was quite proactive and pleasant and kindly worked to resolve the matter. Checked in on a Friday night with loud music from the chill session audible from my room till early hours of the morning. Old carpet needs to go- during next scheduled refurbishment. The beds were comfy though and staff was polite.

Convenience and comfort

Generally good. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and restaurant. The room needs updating . Location is great near the main road,as we needed to be on the road the following day.
