"The front desk lady is very nice to wait for me to check-in. Also, the bed is comfortable and the furniture is well designed."

"The property itself was as advertised, however there was building work on 2 sides which generated dust and some noise. It was also difficult to find reception as the dark glass prevented me seeing in and the automatic door did not open when I passed the area."

"Das Zimmer war zwar sauber aber wirklich sehr, sehr klein und eng für 3 Personen. Dementsprechend stickig wurde die Luft auch schnell. Duschen und Toilettennutzung ist ohne Privatsphäre für den einzelnen um Zimmer gar nicht möglich . Frühstück war, für den Preis ganz ok. Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"There was construction of a new hotel , banging started at 7:30 Am for the entire stay. I booked a room with 2 beds and there was an error and they said the room was only for 1 person, on check in they said”don’t worry we see you have 2 beds” On check out they charged an additional 200 Euros without prior notification. It is also far from the train station, they have no Hôtel transport so be prepared to spend 150 euro for round trip. It is also 150 euros round trip to downtown Luxembourg ....

"The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

"The staff were warm and friendly and room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find as it has a doorway leading up to reception on the first floor. However, it is also right in the middle of town which was great."

"We hebben hier 1 keer overnacht op onze reis naar huis. Onze 1e kamer werkte de airco niet en zijn toen omgeboekt naar andere kamer. Wij vinden het wel heel raar dat het personeel geen andere taal als frans spreekt. Ze waren wel behulpzaam maar het gaf toch veel verwarring."
