"Kamer, badkamer en keukentje was zuiver. Er is een rolluik aanwezig dus de kamer kon pikdonker gemaakt worden. Enige nadeel van de kamer vond ik de badkamer, de douchekop staat op een vaste hoogte waardoor deze maar tot aan mijn nek kwam. Op het toilet zitten kan voor grote mensen krap zijn. Koffie werd niet aangevuld en er was geen housekeeping toen ik er verbleef. Goede locatie op Disneyland en Val d'Europe te bezoeken."

"Parc was lovely, lots to do for the whole family, the vip cottage was a long way from the pools and shops, but we coped well with it, the cottage was ok, a few wear and tear marks, the coffee machine didn’t work, the filter coffee machine had no filter, neither did the shop, We was there during a heatwave and had NO Ac at all.. a couple of fans which did nothing at all, but again we managed well. "Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they...

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting. 1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? "Check-in was quick. Only had to pay tourist tax and security deposit before getting key to apartment. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning units for all rooms worked great. Only wish there was a bit more amenities like a hair dryer. The location is good, dining and grocery options just below. The mall is about a 10 minute walk away."
