"From the outside this place looked like it was under construction or closed. There were mattresses stacked on a trailer and a few people milling around in the parking lot that gave it the appearance of an abandoned property. I am in the process of requesting a refund because I did not feel safe staying there and chose to go somewhere more appealing and safe looking."

But we ended up with a handicapped room and the only thing different was that it had a chair to use in the bathtub. The walls were patched up in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very low. Pool was closed both days, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we booked here. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a desk clerk, so we left and came back 30 minutes later .
