"Our room was clean & being on the ground floor was nice. Quiet & close to exit. The bedding was quite thin with only a sheet & bedspread. No extra blankets to use & we had to turn the heat way up to stay warm during the night. Second year in a row for that issue & this is North Dakota when April isn’t always all that warm. Will have to bring our own blankets if we stay again in Winter or Spring."

And dirty dishes were in sink and dishwasher. Salad dressings in the fridge. There was no other room to move us to and I wasn’t feeling well. The lady documented the complaint and was very helpful. "We were beyond thrilled to walk into our room! So clean, neat, so much room! Our king bed was so comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the controls to have our room at just the right temperature. We loved that the sink and vanity were not in the same room with the shower and stool for maximizing our ‘get ready’ time in the morning. We weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub due to a late check in but so good to know for when we visit next. We will definitely be staying here again when we...

"Our stay here was meh. The whole place could definitely use a deep deep clean, room was dusty, ripped carpet in places, breakfast room and pool garbage can lids were gross, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, countertops were also in need of being wiped down. The pool was really warm which was awesome, but the tiles needed a good cleaning, there was puddles that were nasty. Also, there is no elevator on property, but the front desk lady was very helpful in getting our stroller...
