"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my parents have travelled all around Sri Lanka and tried many different cuisines, so coming from them, that is actually really huge to hear! Next time I’m in Lanka, I already know where my first stop will be. 10/10 for such a great stay!"

"It was a great stay. Different experience but great. Near to the Yala National Park and very nice place in contact with nature and the best... they offered evening and night walks which was amazing. Lovely PLace. It is a MUST!!! They also offer the safari tour to Yala National Park and it was AMAZING!!!"

"Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day"

"We really loved the stay and all the detailing of the room.. host had been amazing and shared all the information well in advance… It was so relaxing and thrilling experience to spare time with nature - experiencing water fall, birds chirping, rains, swinging breeze and many more things…!!"

"There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. Not at all value for money. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating. The air conditioner in the room also started leaking."

"I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast is simple and tasty and sets you up well for the day. It’s served on your own balcony which for us had a lovely view of Ella Rock. The guest house is located very close to the Main Street which his filled with restaurants and shops. The walk there and back is very steep, but you are in Ella!! The lovely man who runs this place is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you want a local feel this is the place for you. "
