"The property was nice and in a great location for walking. The surrounding area was a little run down…
The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location.
On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. This was uncomfortable for us as we had to drive six hours to the location. I called Jim in the early am and...

"Very responsive service from property management staff .Electronic door lock failed, but was replaced the same day. Property was under construction, being painted, unable to use pool, which was bit annoying during our stay having to deal with construction workers. Overall unit was nice and spacious, and within close proximity to the beach."
