"Great stay thank you"

"Very poor choice of menu for half board . Irish bar food of very basic standard. Inedible. Blue Terrace excellent - but a very restrictive menu for a 5 day stay. Rooms refurbished without an eye for detail . Some dated and unreliable plumbing. Water completely off one evening without warning. Drain smells . Poor bathroom lighting. Noise from room above etc Impressive public areas but lots of maintenance issues . Not a 5 or even a 4 star hotel ."

"Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's in a GREAT LOCATION in the Gothic section of Barcelona! Just a five-minute walk to the waterfront, many restaurants and shops near the hotel, about ten-minute walk to the hop-on-hop-off City Bus tour, less than ten-minute walk to the cathedral. Highly recommend this hotel! Since it's in the middle of lots of things, some rooms will hear noise from people walking and talking outside the hotel in the afternoon and evening. "Frühstück war gut und Personal war stets bemüht es aufzufüllen. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Ablutleitung und einer Wand. Aber für 3 Nächte ok. Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen (Duschwanne und wenig Wasserdruck). "
