"La Habitaciónes y el baño están un poco descuidadas"

"The room had cockroaches, it was not clean at all. The bed board was very dirty and let’s not even talk about the bathroom. Very disappointed. Food was not good neither were the drinks. Honestly, not worth it at all. Bathroom towels were dirty."

"We loved our stay at Los Suenos Marriott resort! We stayed 8 nights. Our room was very clean and cleaned every day. We dined at all of the restaurants and the food was delicious at all. The brunch was wonderful! We loved the pool and swim up pool bar. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Aside from the owners son screaming and yelling all day, by the pool, on one of the days the stay was nice. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful with the one exception. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel had bikes for use as well as umbrellas. We did enjoy our stay overall."

"Very nice and modern, renovated hotel. Looks just like the pictures. There’s not a lot of parking, only street parking, but overall still had no trouble parking."

"The pools were a lot of fun. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher which allowed us to get food at the local market. Self-laundry service was convenient as well."

"The property is nicely located in a quiet "rural type" area in a tropical forest setting. A nice swimming pool, a nice adjacent outdoor kitchen with cabinets, wash basin and fridge. The room was ample with two beds furniture. The bathroom was accessible but the shower had a slippery tile floor, so we needed to put towels on the floor to be safe. "We loved our oceanfront 2BR suite, it was gorgeous, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The protected cove of this beach meant for peaceful wave jumping. The only bad thing was leaving!"

"Las instalaciones de habitación necesitan mucho trabajo. Puertas ventanas muebles en general en mal estado y sucios. Manchados. Las camas no son nada cómodas huelen mal y la sábanas y colchas dañadas y manchadasy con mal olor. Paños del baño con manchas. Ventanas quebradas Televisión y servicio de cable básico. Aire acondicionado viejo que genera más ruido de lo que ayuda la temperatura."
