"Beautiful accommodations - up to date, spacious room, large bathroom. The grounds were very attractive and well kept. Dining was very good which is nice since the lodge is a bit out of the way from other options. Good location - not too far from San Jose and close to the Poas Volcano National Park and not far from the La Paz Waterfalls."

"We had a really great stay here. Very quaint and the all day breakfast was a big plus. PLEASE BE AWARE that the gated parking that they suggest is $35 for day+night. And DO NOT park outside the hotel. Our rental car was broken into and the spare tire was stolen ;("

"What can I say about this beautiful place. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life you will find the best place we have stayed! The staff are amazing and nothing is too much hassle for them. The entire site was clean and tidy. The cabins are big but really cute. The food in the restaurant was amazing. And even though we were the only people staying here some days they always had a good spread laid out for breakfast or they would cook it fresh to order. We absolutely loved our...
