When checking in I asked if a friend could come in and have breakfast with me, with no charge, and I was enthusiastically told yes. When my friend joined me the next day, the girl in the breakfast room was very rude. When I got back to my room and called the reception desk about it, I was told that it was logical that I would have to pay.
