"1st time staying at this hotel. The only positive feedback to share is there is friendly staff. The check in process was awful. Rooms were not ready for hours after 4pm, many people trying to check in and rooms were not cleaned/ready on time. Very unorganized and a stressful way to start a vacation. Check in the room, not clean, dirty and not fully ready. Long hair in the bed, bathroom sink not cleaned, etc. Had to go back downstairs for toiletries. The room was old and dirty. "My family and I stayed at this resort and plan to visit again! The room was extremely clean, spacious with a full kitchen and separate living room overlooking the ocean. The resort had heated indoor pools, lazy river and hot tub that we took advantage of, and the outdoor pool had a large area with lots of loungers. It was perfectly located and the staff were very friendly!"

"When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. "

"Everything was great. The only not great thing would be the onsite dinning/restaurants. They were not that great for the amount of money we paid to eat. The pool area was good. My 3 year old loved the splash pad. My 13 and 9 year old enjoyed the lazy river and slides. It was very clean. It was easy to get to the beach and everyone was really nice.
