"The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities."

"We were there with our two granddaughters three days and two nights in Asheville, North Carolina last week.
It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and roomy, the bathrooms very clean.
The outdoor pool, which was well maintained, had to be accessed with a room key, which we really liked, as our granddaughters are 13 years old.
The breakfast was very good and fresh -- the eggs had been frozen, but still good.
Much more than the usual grab...

"In general. It was a comparatively good value. Driving access to and from the motel was difficult due to road construction in the immediate area. The room was clean. There were a few things that should have been taken care of: loud squeaking bathroom door and sink only had a trickle of water. Water pressure in shower was fine. Elevator to 2nd floor in-op. In spite of shortcomings, I would stay again."

"This hotel was not enjoyable from the moment we arrived. We travel to MANY hotels across the country; this may have been one of the worst experiences. There were HUGE lines at the front desk/counter and rude individuals checking us in...I believe the gentleman who checked me in was Orian? Or something similar... I parked my car because I drove some parents and players in my car....They went in to stand ina long line for us while I got the luggage out of the van. When I got inside to check...
