"We stayed for one night with two kids. Such a fun property! First, so many freebies - 2 free drinks at check-in, milk and cookies in the evening in a cozy little den, and the free breakfast was good, some hot options, some grab and go, & free and big parking lot. "This hotel is unbelievably charming and the best service you could ever imagine not to mention the restaurant food and service this place has it all.
Well appointed rooms very well maintained historic hotel with a great location.
Great Management great food great service I felt very pampered upon leaving and will definitely stay here again. Almost forgot the great valet service they have."

"I am so glad i found the FCI for our first trip to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our six night stay there during the last week of October. Our room was perfect for us and the yummy hot breakfast every morning was amazing. We chose a historic inn rather than a hotel or airbnb because we like the more personal touch an Inn provides.
